| Who is eligible? |
Any Missouri resident who makes a minimum $25 unrestricted contribution per year and completes the necessary forms is eligible, whether the person is a student, alumni, parent, faculty/staff member or friend of the University.

| How do I apply? |
- Determine which forms you need
- Complete the applicable forms available from the state's web site
- Make your donation
- minimum $25 ($50 for 2 years)
- donate online via credit/debit card
- send a check, payable to "William Woods University," to:

- Receive "Emblem Use Authorization Statement" from WWU

- Emblem Use Authorization Statement acknowledging minimum $25 donation per year to WWU
- Amateur radio also requires copy of FCC license & form DOR-838

| What is the deadline? |
Like any time you purchase plates, it varies by individual--on your regular renewal date. See MO DOR's web site.

| How do I renew? |
Make the minimum donation to WWU and have the Emblem Use Authorization form for the current year, and complete the normal renewal process with the Department of Revenue office.
