Respect is something that every team needs to have for itself and others if it wants to have success.  I believe that our volleyball team exemplifies respect.  We respect ourselves as individuals and as a unit, as well as other teams here on campus and the teams that we compete against. 

While we were in California, we made sure that the other teams we played were respected by every member of our team.  Another way that I think our team shows respect is when we are on the court.  We show respect for all of our opponents by playing our hardest and working for the win.  Respect is one of the most important aspects of being on a team and our volleyball program is a great example of that.
