Cross Country Highlights at WWU
In just her first season at the Woods, Palmer has been the number one runner for the team in all five meets.  Ran to a 4th place finish out of 135 runners at the Central Missouri Mule Run. Placed 36th out of 301 runners at the Missouri Southern Stampede with a personal best 5k time of 18:35. Her 18:35 is the 2nd fastest 5k cross country time in school history.  Cracked the top 10 at the Loyola Lakefront Invitational by placing 19th out of 286 runners in the Maroon Division.  Led the Owls to their 3rd AMC Conference title in 4 years by placing 3rd at the conference meet and earning All-Conference honors. Placed 8th out of 110 at the 2007 NAIA Region V Cross Country meet to earn All-Region honors and qualify for the NAIA National Cross Country Championships.
