This position is currently assigned to provide clerical support of the Central Region Manager of Mental Health Services. · Responsible for supply orders, shredding of confidential material, copying files and other work related items.
· Attend, take dictation for and type minutes of involuntary medication hearings at the Biggs Correctional Treatment Unit.
· Computer retrieval of all necessary documentation of support of admission and discharges to Biggs Correctional Treatment Unit.
Qualifications:
Experience in clerical or general office support work; and a possession of a high school diploma or GED certificate. Intermediate knowledge of business math computations, grammar, composition, and spelling. Intermediate knowledge of computer information systems and software. Specifically Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to establish and/or maintain confidential complex records; use coding and filing system; retrieve and compile data spreadsheets and reports. Ability to make and apply routine decisions in accordance with policies and procedures. Ability to review documents for accuracy and completeness within specified timeframes.
