| William Woods University is pleased to offer high-tech meeting
facilities at our Columbia and Jefferson City campuses.
Both campuses are conveniently located and have
adequate parking. Individual rooms of varying sizes
offer comfortable accommodations for groups up
to 65 in Jefferson City and 100 in Columbia.
Availability:
Meeting rooms are available seven days a week from 7 am to 5 pm and from 5 pm to 10 pm depending on university class schedules.
Meeting Room Rental Fees:
> Half day (up to 4 hrs): $55
> Full day: $100
Discounts:
We offer a 10 percent discount for the rental of additional rooms. Please call for discount pricing if you wish to book our facilities by week or month.
Catering:
You may coordinate catering services at our facilities for your meetings and events. We will be happy to share our vendor list.
