This is a list of ideas for academic service-learning projects in a fine arts course. If you have any additional ideas you would like to see listed please contact the Office of Academic Service-Learning.
Art:
- Paint public murals around community themes.*
- Work on a community art project such as the Wing Project.*
- Teach an art class for single mothers.
- Provide family portraits for low-income families.
- Create brochures, flyers, and posters for non-profit organizations and small businesses.
Music:
- Teach music in a school that has no music program.
