• Accessing the library database

When you click on the database or eBook links under the Library section of WWU’s website, you'll be asked for your username and password. If nothing displays, adjust your computer’s security settings to a lower setting and try again. Use your network username and password to log on (note: this is different from your Owlnet username and password). If you are a Graduate and Adult Studies student, you should have been given information on how to access the databases. If you don’t know that username and password, please contact the Helpdesk at 573-592-4224 or 1-800-995-3159 between 8am and 7pm Monday through Thursday, and 8am to 4:30pm on Friday. Please, keep in mind that due to security regulations, we are unable to give such information via email.

• Logging into campus computer labs

When you need to log into a campus computer, please use the username and password provided for your cohort. If you don’t know that username and password, please contact the Helpdesk at 573-592-4224 or 1-800-995-3159 between 8am and 7pm Monday through Thursday, and 8am to 4:30pm on Friday. Please, keep in mind that due to security regulations, we are unable to give such information via email.

• Access your syllabus

To acces your syllabus online, please follow these instructions:

• On WWU's homepage click on the Graduate & Adult Studies link

• Click on the Syllabus link located on the right-hand side menu

• Click on the Program you are enrolled in

• Click on the Location

• Type in your cohort's name and click Submit

• OWLnet username and password

Due to security regulations, we are unable to give Owlnet log on information via email. Please call the Helpdesk at 573-592-4224 or 1-800-995-3159 between 8am and 7pm Monday through Thursday, and 8am to 4:30pm on Friday and we'll be glad to assist you.
