Jennifer Burton

Clinic Coordinator

Jennifer Burton is the Clinic Coordinator for Health and Counseling Services as well as the Office of Faith and Service. Jenn has been in this position since October of 2005. She enjoys her position at WWU and working with students in assisting them with their overall health needs. Outside of the work environment, Jenn enjoys spending quality time with her husband and four children, listening to music, writing, and spending time with friends and extended family.

Loree Monroe

Nurse Practitioner

Loree has been an registered nurse for 25 years and a nurse practitioner for 10 years. She is Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurse's Credentialing Center.

Prior to providing primary and urgent care for William Woods University students; she worked in primary care clinics with children and adults who had a wide range of health concerns. A native of California, Loree speaks Spanish, believes in the importance of equal access to health care and enjoys time with her family.

Amanda Stevens

Dietitian and Wellness Coordinator

Amanda implements programs to promote and educate students and staff on healthy lifestyle choices. She provides individualized nutrition sessions with students on a variety of topics, including weight management, eating disorders, general and specialized nutrition (diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, etc.), as well as organizes campus fitness classes and wellness-related events.

Amanda earned her M.Ed. in Health Educationfrom the University of Missouri, along with her B.S. in Nutritional Sciences. She is a registered and licensed dietitian.

She works at Westminster College as well. Prior to the colleges, she worked for the Cole County Health Department’s Women, Infants, and Children’s program where she educated participants on nutrition throughout the lifespan. Amanda is currently involved with nutrition projects through the Callaway County YMCA.

She lives in Fulton with her husband and children.
